Our team is comprised of healthcare professionals from a wide array of disciplines that have come together to deliver on the Neuragenex vision. The team includes:
William Bozeman, Chief Executive Officer
William is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with a wide range of experience in the medical field. William has an undergraduate degree in biotechnology, an MBA, and attended medical school in Alabama until he took a leave of absence. He has opened and launched a regenerative biologics lab specializing in stem cell products for clinical use applications. William used his medical education to create a range of treatment techniques and protocols for medical providers and was one of the first entrepreneurs to actively help integrate regenerative medicine into mainstream healthcare.
William went on to launch new businesses and serve as an executive in multiple companies in the healthcare field:
- Multiple biologic product production labs with robust distribution operations
- Multiple high complex clinical toxicology and PCR labs
- A nationwide allergy testing and immunotherapy company
- Multiple medical practices specializing in non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical pain management
Will is dedicated to leading Neuragenex as it expands rapidly across the nation as the largest and fastest growing non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive pain management practice in the United States.
Lance Goudzwaard, Chief Administrative Officer
Lance has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive, nationally recognized speaker, and journal author. Lance’s expertise is focused in the areas of healthcare operations, financial management, ancillary program expansion, strategic planning and customer service program development. He has extensive experience leading multi-level project teams with roles that include:
- Administrator for a hospital-owned 60-physician internal medicine practice,
- CEO for a physician-owned 48-provider gastroenterology practice,
- COO for a physician-owned 62-provider orthopedic practice.
- COO for a physician/hospital system-owned 144-provider integrated delivery network.
Lance has served on the board of directors for the national Medical Group Management Association as chairman of the Western Region, and as president for Colorado MGMA. He is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Robin Louks, CPXP
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Robin serves as a consumer advocate – passionate about service excellence and engagement. Her career began in non-profit community mental health serving youth and families in crisis. After 10 years in mental health, she continued to work with patients and families as a practice administrator with additional responsibilities in marketing and business development. It was this experience that revealed the integrated relationship between stakeholder expectations and practice operations leading Robin to obtain her Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) designation in 2015.
Guided by the voice of the patient and data analysis, Robin leads the creation of the patient experience for Neuragenex Treatment Centers. By keeping the patient as the center focus of the work, she strives to positively impact care experiences by increasing access to care, achieving service excellence and streamlining communication.
Eric Speer, Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer
As the Chief Financial & Human Resources Officer for Neuragenex Treatment Centers, Eric has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, serving numerous startup ventures focused on value-based medicine including primary care, pain management, and musculoskeletal (MSK) specialties.
Eric possesses a wide range of expertise in HR management, operations, financial management, international provider networks, research and development, FDA regulations, insurance contracting, corporate practice of medicine, mergers and acquisitions, and valuing innovative healthcare solutions. His most recent experience included leading an innovative company through a merger to capitalize on self-funded contracting of a large set of investigational musculoskeletal procedures.
Eric’s roles included:
- CAO for the industry founders of MSK regenerative medicine procedures in the US
- COO for a private-equity owned 70 US and 9 international site provider network
- Administrator for the 3rd largest patient-centered medical home (PCMH) in Colorado Springs, CO
Eric has served Medical Group Management Association and it’s Colorado chapter for over 11 years in the areas of data solutions and legislative matters, as well as an executive board member. He is one of 950 fellows in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
