Dr. Johnny Shane Ross was born and raised in Waco, Texas. He graduated from Waco High school, McLennan Community College and Baylor University. He attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and completed his internship in Internal Medicine then residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas. He is board-certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Ross enjoys live music, hiking with his dog, Buddy, and an occasional vigorous workout.  He and his wife, Ginger, are proud parents of two daughters.

Dr. Ross is excited about returning to Waco to serve his home community. He believes that the key to treating patients is caring, listening, and communicating.
