And it turned out to be a good decision because now my pain has decreased to where I can walk a distance, do my exercises much more comfortably than I could before.
I had tried some physical therapy. I had tried some injections. And both of those things were of some help, some benefit. But turned out they were quite temporary. And since I'm doing the program here, my knee pain has decreased so I'm able to do those things I couldn't do before.
